What happend in the guild?
Well as the post say what happen in the guild i se that ery is gone and we have a new structure in management so can someone bother to trye down the storry?.
anyway i´l be online again more after the 27 november. hope to cu all then..

so be it. the guild has spoken i presume.
Well if you need advice about Guild management and struktur i have some experience and well developed strategys... i agre about the officers there is no point in having them unless we are to become a raiding guild... otherwise this is still a Social guild and democraty is still in action. ewen thou we have a guild Management to make shure there is order...
About order and struktur i beliwe you guys shuld start clerefying the purpose of the guild and make shure this purpose is astablished in the guild activetys. like a rading guild we need activetys to bond the team together... i also beliwe we can use the Voice chatt more. cuz if we want to create a stong team for what ewer purpose, Honor and respect is vital... and this is easy to achive thru social talks...(getting to know your fellow teammates on a personal plane).
A stong team is all about relations. and if we dont want to se anymore of scrat behawior this is vital for the grp´s progres...

This happened
In my short reign as GM I made a few decisions.
1) Officers are no more. The reason for this is that the "officer" did not work as intended.
2) Guild invite and kick has been revoked for all*
3) Pixiepea is the new GM, Olaii and Emmasweety are "Guild leaders" ie. Officers. *"Guild leaders" have rights to invite and kick members.
4) The new "class" system is Alt->New member->Guildie->Achiever->Guild leader->Guild Master. You become an Achiever through dedication to and longevity in the guild. It is as simple as that.
This troika now runs the guild with Pixiepea as the supreme commander in chief.
If this doesn't work out I'm the one to be hanged since I bullied them into this. BUT - I really do think this will work out great.
