Underachievers Guild Progress
Just a few thoughts on the guild...
1. More people need to be active on this website. There are 60* guild members, yet only 12 seem to be registered on this website.. Can we get more signed up here?
2. *60 members. I think only about 15-20 of those are active (or less!). We really need to weed out inactives from the guild, and actively recruit more actives (e.g. Ragemonger).
3. To effectively recruit more members, I think this website should have a recruitment option as per my previous posts. If we get one up and running, we could then post on the WoW forums that we are actively seeking more.
4. We were unable to go to Mana Tombs last night due to lack of members - we need more! New blood!
5. WE NEED TO GET OUR ACT TOGETHER!

...but, things aren't that bad. So we "missed" a run - no biggie. I do however whole heartedly agree in that:
- we must purge the guild (using the Spanish inquisition if necessary) of dead meat.
- recruit, recruit, recruit (without loosing sight of who we are!!!)
When it comes to adding members to the site...well, I've added those I thought would stay in the guild (so far I've gotten one wrong). I also had hopes that those I added would contribute...(further off mark there). But, all in all it's not that bad!
Anyways, it can no longer be my (or Erys) responsibility to "add" people to the webby. Let me know who _you_(this goes for all guildies) think should be added and I'll add them.
I'll also start working on a mega-fancy-recruiting-spam-generator-thingie. (easier that letting un-registered users add comments to parts of the site ;) )

Tho of course yes i would love to see more posting on the forum and more new memebers. Maybe start with a "underachievers are recruiting" general post on the QT forum may raise some interest/awareness in the guild.
The run last night, well we are a small casual guild so i guess these things will happen from time to time :]
A spring clean of the guild roster is also a decent idea, tho no one touches teh Hargreaves!!
